My HP Compaq tc4200 runs Windows XP Tablet PC Edition. I am a medical
student and have been looking for an application or tool that would enable
pen flicks like in Vista. I am aware of a tool called Ink Gestures, but that
only works with Word. Anyone else running XP looking for this feature? Can
anyone help me find a solution? Thank you for your time and help.

Stroke it freeware provides huge gestures control options.
