Not sure where to post this question - please advise. I have Windows XP
and a recent disability (hand/finger numbness). I'd like to find good
voice activated software that wouldn't "cost an arm and a leg".

You can find some 3rd party software on the web,free ones would be
at, http://www.downloads.com (might be .net),if its available they would
have it..Also,chk out microsofts xp voice page.
