I think that's the kernel telling you that the driver you are using for
device sda needs an update (to use a new API or something to that
effect).

I would either ignore it or check whether installing a newer kernel is
an option.

It seems to be harmless, see the thread starting at
http://lkml.org/lkml/2008/1/10/47. The message is still present in
Linux 2.6.25.7, haven't tried the 2.6.26 release candidates yet.
