From: Alex Marino on 14 Sep 2005 14:04 Usually all that is needed is to set the opacity down from 100% until you get the results you want. In the Filters menu > Adjust Color, the Hue/Saturation filter can be handy as well. From: dave prescott on 14 Sep 2005 15:20 if you're making a brochure (to be professionally printed) you need to use a prog like freehand/photoshop (photoshop for the image editing/manipultion and freehand to layout the brochure) or a page layout app like quarkxpress or indesign and you need an image of sufficient quality for print of that calibre - probably around the 1200-2400 ppi mark dave ;) you 'could' use fw but you can't output in cmyk so no good for print work (remember it's a web app) Alex Marino wrote: > Usually all that is needed is to set the opacity down from 100% until > you get the results you want. > > In the Filters menu > Adjust Color, the Hue/Saturation filter can be > handy as well. > > Alex > - - I am out of my mind - please leave a message > > jlopez40 wrote: > >> Can someone help in giving me the steps on how to set an image to give >> it that watermark apeal for a broucher.
