Does anyone know of a good website for local weather radar designed for PIE?
Weather.com has a download you can install, but I'm looking for somewhere I
can go on PIE without installing anything.
Thanks,
Ed

http://www.srh.noaa.gov/port/ is, imho, currently the best

What I do is to bookmark specific pages which I use regularly such as

http://www.srh.noaa.gov/port/radarhl.php?radar=kgrk

As always, you will have to manipulate your "view" settings for your
immediate need... i.e. overview or detail.

Might watch http://bevhoward.com/storm/ppcrad.htm which is a "Work in
Progress" ...currently only TX and NM are functional and they point only
to the ppc radar loops... I hope to have some time to do more on it
within the next week.

You could also take a look at Weather Underground, their site has a
PDA version - http://mobile.wunderground.com. To get to the radar,
enter a city and click fast forecast (or enter a state, then click a
city in the list, etc), then click the "radar" link at the top or the
weather summary page. Since it's designed for PDAs, you might find
this easier to use.

Thank you both. Excellent sites and just what I was looking for.

http://bevhoward.com/storm/ppcrad.htm has just been updated and now
includes single tap access to all weather radar loops in the USA

Wanted to give the option of going to the location menus but found that
those were not tied to the radar indentifiers.
