What website excatly, there are so many of them that a URL might be
handy. Also what is 'broken' mean to you? Do you get an error? Do you
see not what you like to see? If an error, which one?

I have no problems with 'the site' but then you and I might be talking
about different sites.

So a little bit more detail might be nice.

Ah, OK. I can understand that and that is most likely due to the
release. There is no reason to be downloading the RC1 as GM is out
already and release date is tomorrow.

By the time you downloaded, installed tested and confirmed that the
problems you might see aren't known bugs, 11.0 is available (for real)
