Well, as a drummer, my focus is always on making the band sound the
best it can sound. So on that basis it might seem sensible to say that
drummers could make the best sound people ... but I think there's a
lot more to it than that.

Perhaps it's the musician who's hearing has taken the least battering!

Or the one who's invested the most time in understanding the tools and
the techniques and in practicing them?
