From: Lord Turkey Cough on 17 Jun 2008 21:28 I want to be able to use two monitors at least (only one port on mobo) and perhaps faster graphics although I don't really do much in the way of games but I guess better graphics can do no harm. I don't wnat anthing which uses a lot of power and preferably no fan. Don't want to pay much either less than 40 or $80. My machine. Sempron 3000, 1.25Gig ram, 939 mobo 1600 FSB. No AGP, I have PCI and PCI-E busses
From: First of One on 18 Jun 2008 01:52 Just buy the cheapest card you see with two outputs. It will still be faster than your mobo's Xpress 200 (which was equivalent to a neutered Radeon X300SE if I remember correctly). -- "War is the continuation of politics by other means. It can therefore be said that politics is war without bloodshed while war is politics with bloodshed."
