From: litoeb on 11 Jun 2005 02:28 I often use Photo Editor when I have MS Office XP. When I upgraded to Office 2003, it is no longer included. Now I cannot edit pictures like I used to do in photoeditor such as smudge and other image enhancers. Paintbrush won't help either. What did Microsoft substitue for photoeditor with the same or more functionalities?
