BTW, you may not have heard, PERT 3 duration scheduling has been largely discredited due to the fact that it's statistically unsound. If you want do the same basic thing in a statistically sound way, use Monte Carlo analysis. There is third party software which will integrate with Project to do this. I imagine you can still find it by googling. Hope this helps in your world.
