Since it seems to be impossible to purchase jiffydos from maurice (I've
tried to contact him for quite some time now) could someone else do
that?
I already have jiffydos rom in my c64 so I only need chip for my 1581.

I also need German 128 and 1571 rom, with no luck. I can't even access his
site. And after being pissed off for a while i gave up.

You have no chance of getting anything from Maurice, just look around
the web and find the JiffyDOS images and get someone to burn the roms
for you - or keep an eye on eBay.
