I understand your position of wanting to get a web published with the
minimum of effort. I was (and am) in the same position, not being a
professional web designer or having any experience in web languages.
(However, I do have extensive programming experience.) I bought
FrontPage and used it reasonably well until I started hitting its bugs
and quirks. I decided to dump it and learn HTML, CSS and a very
little Javascript. It was definiately the correct decision for me.
