hello,

For two floors house i suggest using AV power line Ethernet to solve
this problem and i found that ZyXEL have a wide range of products.

You can use ZyXEL NBG318S as your main wireless router - in the first
floor- which have a built in AV power line ethernet module and use
PL-450A AV power line with built- in wireless access point for the
second floor.
