First - while your system may be 64-bit capable - it is *not* 64-bit in
practice. I know this because Windows XP Media Center Edition did not come
in 64-bit and if you have SP3 - you don't have a 64-bit version of Windows
XP of any flavor.

Download the first one (save it, run it) - see if it installs manually.
