From: joker197cinque on 28 Mar 2008 04:11 I set up an OWA installation on Exchange 2007. Now I'm trying to use ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center on my WM6 TyTn II. The https certificate is self-signed and when I try to sync the device it fails with "The security certificate on the server is not valid. Contact your Exchange server administrator or ISP to instal a valid certificate on the server". It is the correct behavior but on a desktop-pc client I can install self-signed certificate and no longer get warnings. How can I do to install cert on my device and to get sync working? Best regards.
From: Krip on 30 Mar 2008 09:01 You need to install the self-signed certificate on your device. WM6 makes this easier. Copy it to your device and click it in 'File Explorer' to install. Then go to Settings-->System-->Certificates and make sure it appears in "Root". -Krip
