I have same problem but my error code is 8024402C
someone please help this has caused other problems with my computer

Try writing the code with one less zero and prefix it with 0x: 0x80070005
( or not: 80070005).

You at least have the correct number of digits in your code.
Now try searching for 0x8024402C instead.
