A pause action in the VBA code window while an Access 2003 data import wizard
was running caused it to crash abruptly. Code changes not saved. Had problems
with wizards starting or crashing due to file locks or VBA state in other
apps. The use of Wizards are a problem because they prevent background tasks
and don't always fail gently.
