I know only the not XHTML-specific:

comp.infosystems.www.authoring.html

and the Microsoft-based, Expression-Web-centric:

microsoft.public.expression.webdesigner

There may be others.

By the way, many of the experts recommend against XHTML and for
HTML. They have some good reasons. Some details can be found at
http://www.hixie.ch/advocacy/xhtml .
