Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtras folder(s) What can i have missed??? Who has an suggestion tia Herman
From: Sean Wilson on 21 Feb 2005 15:00 You have to tell the movie to force the end-user to download the required xtra, and in the case of the xtra you cite it can't be downloaded from your site. Besides, you only uploaded the Windows version - what about Mac Shockwave users? Open your original file, go to Modify|Movie|Xtras..., hilight the Animated GIF Asset (or incude it if it's not already listed by hitting the Add button), check the 'Download if Needed' box, re-publish and upload it again. Forget about the options xtra - it's for authoring only, not required at run-time and therefore not downloadable.
