I use windows live messanger 2009. I use skype too.
When I set my msn in busy mode if I received a message I saw a message
promped on my windows application bar. Exist a way to notificate a
receving message without open a notification on the windows bar as
skype do?

Greetings,

When you set yourself as busy, Messenger automatically stops the alerts (known as toasts)
from appearing. I'm a bit confused, is that what you wish to turn back on or are you just
not wanting the taskbar conversation item appearing?

If the former, there are a few other ways to show visual notifications using Messenger Plus!
Live Scripts or other third-party software, but as the latter, you could set yourself to
"lock" in Messenger Plus! Live, but then you wouldn't see any notifications at all.
