I want to circulate a regular chunk of our Outlook calendar via email. How do
I save and email such chunks?
(Some of the recipients are not on the group claendar which is why I am
asking the question)

Version of Outlook? In 2007 or 2010, right click on the calendar and choose
the option to share the calendar by email. You'll be able to pick the dates
to share.
