I had work done on my computer and the office 2003 was not re-installed.
I've tried numerous times to enter the product key but, it won't accept it.
What do I do now?

Are you using the correct key? It is NOT the one stuck to the case of
the computer. And if it is the correct one, are you reading it
correctly? 8 not a B, 6 not a G etc.

I've re-read the key so many times I'm going NUTS. I've got it right and I'm
still stuck.

Bob, I got the key from the back of my Gateway, just like it said on the
installation message. It had the microsoft logo with it. Any ideas what I
can do?
