I have followed the instructions exactly on
http://php.nederland.net/manual/en/install.windows.building.php but I end up
with this error...

'iconv.
h': No such file or directory

Stop.

I have tried to configure like this

cscript /nologo configure.js --without-xml

to no avail... can anybody help me out here?
