Hi,

I have next situation: In the project the team will work for three weeks
just 6 hours instead of 8, how can I do that in MS Project 2003, I mean, the
deffault are 8 hours for all the project but just for three weeks the team
will work 6 hours.

Thanks!

toto2000ff,
Well, one simple way is to edit the standard calendar to show a 6 hour
shift for the three week period (i.e. change the From and/or To times as
necessary under Tools/Change Working TIme). If any of your resources
have custom work calendars, be sure to edit those also.

Please note that the Duration field calculates time based on
Tools/Options/Calendar based on the Hours per day value. There is only
one setting for the whole timeline, so the values in the Duration field
will not be accurate for the three week period. You could however,
create a custom field with a formula to modify the value from the
Duration field for the three week period.
