If any of your resources have custom work calendars, be sure to edit those also. Please note that the Duration field calculates time based on Tools/Options/Calendar based on the Hours per day value. There is only one setting for the whole timeline, so the values in the Duration field will not be accurate for the three week period. You could however, create a custom field with a formula to modify the value from the Duration field for the three week period. John Project MVP
