Which "tree browser" are you talking about ? Formula ones ? File
ones ? All of them ?

I normally use Filer6 and SDFiler, with no troubles. They are VERY
easy to use and have clean and clear interfaces.

SDFiler, from SDLIB (Library 935) has great improvements on complete
name files (over 8.3 format) and speed.

You can find them in HPCALC.ORG

Depends on your needs. If you are really serious about making your
own equation libraries (especially with units - you can have english
and metric defined for the equation), then probably it is.
