is there a complete IDE with an interactive prompt that i can
download?
what si the diffrence between perl.com and perl.org? is it the same
language?

do they include IDEs etc?

perl gets 110,000,000 hits on google, all for the same language.
Although, like the blind men and the elephant, it looks a little
different to everyone who approaches it.

You can get perl for Windows free from ActiveState, who also sell
the best IDE and tools.
