Hi,
I found out that I can remove cell broadcast notifications (titled 'Message
from Network') using
SHNotificationRemove and clsid {A877D65B-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}.
However, disabling them in HKCU\ControlPanel\Notifications has no effect. Why?
