The two things I wanted to comment about were: 1) I recommend Open Office to my students who complain that they cannot afford Microsoft Office. a. At least 10 recommendations to date. b. Added the program to the computer I bought for my daughter instead of Microsoft Office. She likes it. c. I went to the site to copy the link for one of my students and that's how I found that the update was available. I think I completed the survey so that now I will receive news of updates automatically. 2) The one thing I definitely found that was superior in Open Office when I first started to use it in Version 1 was the ability to convert to PDF files. This was a great help to me. Tom (Charles T.)
