From: M. Murphy on 13 May 2008 08:09 Can't really find an answer to my question from searching old posts. I want to downgrade from office 2007 standard to my old version of office 2003. I just want to confirm that if I export all my mail to a .pst file, 2003 can import it properly. Can office 2003 import a .pst made by office 2007? Are there any other issues I should be aware of? Thanks

You don't need to. Outlook 2003 uses the same pst file format as Outlook 2007 > > Can office 2003 import a .pst made by office 2007? Just make a copy to be on the safe side...
From: M. Murphy on 13 May 2008 21:34 So the uninstall will leave the .pst file behind? Or should I install 2003 first then uninstall 2007? I will make a copy anyways like you suggest. Thanks for the reply. "M. You can't do a "downgrade" - you will have to uninstall 2007 first, do a re-boot and then install 2003 > I will make a copy anyways like you suggest. > > Thanks for the reply. > > "M.
