Hi,

I assume A, B & C are column headings and not the actual columns A,B & C.

Put this in a helper column and drag down

=COUNTIF(C2:E2,3)>0

It will return TRUE if there is a 3 in any of the columns. Filter for TRUE
on this column

When competing hypotheses are otherwise equal, adopt the hypothesis that
introduces the fewest assumptions while still sufficiently answering the
question.
