after several attempts i have had no luck in downloading and installing flash player either using explorer or firefox,can anyonehelp

Do you have access to a copy of Flash? There are Flash Player installers
included with the application. Look in Macromedia Flash / Players / Release /.
I used this Flash Player installer when I was unable to download and install
from the Macromedia site.
