From: johnboy on 9 May 2008 09:26 I installed office home and student 2007 on my wife's vista laptop and also on my xp desktop. Did a presentation using australian sunrise font on the laptop and copied it via pen drive on to my desktop to print it off but the wording did not appear, on checking, the laptop has australian sunrise in the fonts but my desktop has not. Any idea how i can get australian sunrise for the desktop. or is it a vista/xp thing. thanks.

In the Save dialog box, click Tools (lower left corner), then click Save Options. In the resulting dialog box, put a check next to the Font Embedding option and choose either of the suboptions (if you want the presentation to be editable, opt to embed the entire font, not just used characters). Then finish saving the presentation. ----------------------------------------- Steve Rindsberg, PPT MVP PPT FAQ: www.pptfaq.com PPTools: www.pptools.com ================================================
