You want to know where to get free music or which file sharing
client to use? And what do you mean by free music? If you mean
"pirated" stuff then I have no idea. If you mean "legal" free
music then there are places like:

http://muzik.agnula.org/

Note - I just checked the agnula site and it is down temporarily
for technical reasons.
