ghosting to usb hd and booting from it

Booting from the clone on a usb drive requires more than just a copy of the original internal drive, and so the imager cant do it alone. The system needs to be able to boot from the usb drive too, not all can.

Can you name one PC (make and model) that can boot from a USB hard drive (as opposed to a USB floppy drive or a USB flash drive)? *TimDaniels*

Yes, but it also depends on what OS you want to boot.
