What JTAG flash programmer and inline debugger should I buy to use
with gnuarm on linux (fc4)? Reflashing is more important than
debugging (I can always use gdbserver over a serial port). Preferably
using USB or ethernet -- the Embest C3 seems to fit the bill, but I
don't know if it can be made to work with gnuarm.

Never mind, I found the Amontec JTAGkey and OpenOCD through the
resources page on gnuarm.com. Ordered a JTAGkey.
