In my opinion you should concentrate on this message that there seems to be no data connection to the Internet (while there seems to be one to your GPS device). Are you still able to access the Internet from the E800? If yes, then there might have been a problem at Google's end of the connection (but I've just successfully connected). If not, then there might be a wide range of causes, including setting the device to "flight mode" or otherwise disabling the connection. (I don't have an E800, so I don't know its features.) -- Chris Laarman

I neglected to mention I *can* connect when hotsynched via USB so the PC/PDA internet connection is fine, google appears fine and feeds data, every other data connection wirelessly is fine when not hot sync'd but google :/ | If not, then there might be a wide range of causes, including setting the | device to "flight mode" or otherwise disabling the connection. | | (I don't have an E800, so I don't know its features.) thanks anyway :)
