Great, glad to hear it. As you noticed, there is an SP2 and an SP3 available for Office 2003. SP1 actually fixed the "missing pix" issue. I think 2 and 3 might be cumulative, though... -- Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com What's new in PPT 2007? http://www.echosvoice.com/2007.htm Fixing PowerPoint Annoyances http://tinyurl.com/36grcd PowerPoint 2007 Complete Makeover Kit http://tinyurl.com/32a7nx "brute force" <bruteforce(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:5D58641D-850E-4EE3-9045-89ABF2A3EDE2(a)microsoft.com... > looks like sp3 did it (or SP2). i am now on sp3 and everything is good. > thanks so much for your quick response > > > "Echo S" wrote: > >> On the problem machine, go to Help | Check for Updates and install at >> least >> Service Pack 1 for Office 2003. >> >> -- >> Echo [MS PPT MVP] http://www.echosvoice.com >> What's new in PPT 2007? http://www.echosvoice.com/2007.htm >> Fixing PowerPoint Annoyances http://tinyurl.com/36grcd >> PowerPoint 2007 Complete Makeover Kit http://tinyurl.com/32a7nx >> >> >> "brute force" <bruteforce(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message >> news:8F91163B-932C-410D-AB99-0E337DF328AB(a)microsoft.com... >> >i am loading the same presentation on two computers. on one, a graphic >> >shows, >> > but not on the other computer. doesn't make sense. both computers have >> > the >> > same version of Office (2003 Pro). how can this be.
