Hey,

my sister has to create an order form on her website for university.
Basically its for a "band" and she has to calculate things like the cost of x
number of teeshirts at x price.

she also has to calculate the cost of hiring out her "band". The calculation
for this quote has to include a number of variables selected from drop down
lists eg. the distance the band would have to travel and how long they are
playing for.

How would she go about creating these calculations, i know it has something to
do with hidden fields but that is all. Does anyone know of any online tutorials
or anything like that which would help.

It would involve quite a bit of javascript. What class is this for?

im not sure. She does music technology and aduio systems. Does anyone know of any online tutorials that would give a guide of how to do it?

What I don't understand is that she is being required by her class to do
this - surely they must have given her the resources to do it, no? It will
require quite a load of javascript to accomplish.
