Dear Friends,
I need your help. In less than no time, I must find some solutions to
a firm which is family owned, and have 5 candidates (5 brother and
sister who have different competencies) to be a general manager. Each
one wants him/herself must be the gm. Now I am trying to prepare a
questionnaire or a checklist to apply them and find which has the
competency..If anyone have some resources about it can he/she share it
with me?Thanks..
