From: Lisa on 10 May 2008 00:23 Hi, When you say that it is 3-4 pages, I'm assuming that you mean you have a lot of information and not that you necessarily want to have it seperated into pages? I can think of two ways that I would do this. Either using HTML, or if you don't know how to do that, then creating the invitation as an image using something like Photoshop or Fireworks (or some other graphics program - maybe you can download some free trial software if you don't have it) and then inserting the image into the email by going Insert>Picture>From file. The only problem with creating it as an image (or images) is that you will probably end up with a farily large file size to be emailing out. It is possible to convert a Word document into HTML and theoretically you could then insert that into an email...but I have never done that and I don't know how it would go. Hope that helps, Lisa "JoAnn Paules" wrote: > How are they going to open pages in an email? > > -- > > JoAnn Paules > MVP Microsoft [Publisher] > Tech Editor for "Microsoft Publisher 2007 For Dummies" > > > > "Lou827" <Lou827(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:786CD6EB-74C5-4A39-92DF-2ED848F9664A(a)microsoft.com... > >I would like to email an invitation to guests which would open like a > >printed > > invitation and not look like a Word document.
