I AM ANSWERING MY OWN QUESTION. I HAVE TO BE INSIDE WINDOWS EXPLORER TO
RIGHT CLICK FOR COMMANDS LIKE DELETE AND PROPERTIES. I CANNOT DO THIS FROM
OFFICE FILE TAB OR WITHIN OFFICE AT ALL.SORRY TO DISTURB YOU. ROY JOHNSON

Alt-F will display the Office Button menu.
Ctrl-O will display the Open File window.

Learn to use the keyboard shortcuts. In most cases they work the same
way in Office 2003 and Office 2007.

Right clicks are context sensitive, depending on where you click. The
menu choices are different when you click on a cell, the ribbon, or the
top window.
