Problem: start the messanger or find messenger's exe file.
I have windows 7 x64. When I run installer (file wlsetup-web.exe from
http://windowslive.com/Desktop/Messenger site) I got message "You already
have this program: Messenger". But I can't find messenger on my machine. I
try next attempts:
- run "msmsgs" from command line. Windows not founded this file.
- Find messenger's folder in "Program Files" and "Program Files (x86)"
folders - no any applicable folder.

Windows Live Messenger should be found on the Start Menu in a group called
Windows Live.
Typing Messenger in the search box in Vista and Windows 7 should bring it up.
If, however, the install is damaged, this post may help you remove it and also
reinstall it -
