Only a rumour so far, but.........

No mention of receiving them though, presumably still a link to the O2
website.

No way is that a genuine Apple interface. It breaks several HIG
conventions.

It's either an internal test app (pretty unlikely) or something some
wannabe has knocked up in Interface Builder.

Picture is just for illustration - it doesn't indicate the app under
discussion.

Oh? I missed that.

Oh right, it's in the comments, ie the bits of the web that I almost
never read because they irritate me.

Heh.

They don't just irritate me, they make me despair for 99% of the human
race, and feel like pressing this button I have in a drawer that will
annihilate all human life in a holocaust of white heat.

Honestly, the sheer gobsmacking motherblinding fuckwittedness of most
people who add comments to blogs, YouTube and even things of some value
and merit continues to dumbfound me.

Most recently I saw a video posted by a base jumper who miscalculated,
and managed to damage himself quite badly. To anyone who has any
experience of base jumping, skydiving, or extreme pain, it was patently
obvious this was the real thing. Some toxic toadspittle with less
intellect than a treponema spirochete declared the video fake, because
it didn't look like his vast experience of base jumping in Grand Theft
Auto.
