Hi, my name is Shirley Chan. I am an undergrad at The Ohio State
University. We are now conducting a research study to find out more
about iPod as well as other, similar mp3 player.

Please take approximately 5 mins to complete the survey.

I greatly appreciate your help!

Thank you!

For question 19, you need a 'no' option. I do not plan to buy any
anything else at all.

Cheers,
Ian

Further options are needed for Q1 as well - for the 99% of us not 'in
school'.

Actually, didn't we get a survey just like this (as in, EXACTLY like
this) about a year ago? Which implies to me that it's a university
project, run every year with the HTML survey form provided by the
lecturers.

Which, in my eyes, makes it fair game to pick the other nits too (and
to not fill it in, either). I'm actually quite scared that this is a
UNIVERSITY-level questionnaire (but then again, it's a MARKETING
questionnaire, so...)

Intro:
"...your participation in complete would be..."

Q2:
Male and female are *sexes*, not *genders*.

Q3:
How will those values provide even near-meaningful statistics?

Q4:
"(please specific)", and how exactly *do* you specify?

Q5:
"How did you hear MP3 players?" - surely there should be an answer of
"through my headphones"?

Q6:
"I won it or it is given to you". Wow, there's a confused sentence.

Q7:
As per Q3.

Q8:
The "at" doesn't fit with most of the answers. "I use my MP3 Player at
Cooking"?

Q11:
Two totally different things, surely? I might think my MP3 player
connects brilliantly to my computer, but not to other speakers.

Q16:
How do you specify other?

Q18:
How do you rank something as 7, and how do you specify other factors?

Q19:
Speakers in plural, surely?
How do you specify others?

Q22:
This question has a yes/no answer. It should be "Please provide any
other comments".

If this is a survey designed for university-level education, then I
really worry about the academic levels achievable by people on this
course....
