Hi,

when I connect to outlook web access using IE 7, I can't enter in a new email.

The body of the email doesn't allow me to enter anything in. (Just a red X
appears on the upper left).

What should I do to fix the problem?

OWA is part of Exchange and not Outlook. You'd get a more expert answer
posting in an Exchange group:

Known issue, the Exchange Server requires an update:

You receive an error message when you try to perform any editing tasks, or
you must click to enable the compose frame in Outlook Web Access
