From: rockingmyworld on 4 Feb 2006 03:22 hi everyone I have a page with six rectangles drawn on, with rounded corners (like mini television screens). I want to be able to place photo images in them so that the image fits within the shape exactly, with no spaces showing. Is there a way of using layers where i can request that only the part of the image that is within in the rectangle boundary is visible to the viewer, whilst the remainder is hidden. or do i have to crop the picture to the exact size (I have tried this but work out how to crop with rounded corners). Adam
From: yachts99 on 4 Feb 2006 04:16 Take a look at creating a mask, shaped like a tv screen, in a movie clip and placing on a mask layer above your screen "rectangles". In this way the only part of the image that will show through is that part which is the same shape as your mask.
