I have computer with a Intel q 9450 processor, why does clock speed change
from 2.6 ghz to 2ghz,if I'm not running any programs it runs at 2ghz,but if
I run a program it jumps up to 2.6 ghz. That processor is rated at 2.6ghz
according to Intel.Is this normal--Thanks
