My keyboard i?s doing not good lately and I hope anyone here could
help me a?s ?soon as? pos?s?ible... :crybaby: Could you s?ee tho?se
s?y?mbol?s like thi?s? (?) It appear?s when I type the letter ?s and
this? irritate?s me a lot! Another thing is? when I pres??s CAPSLOCK,
window?s log?s off automatically :mad: . The CNTRL key als?o act?s
differently. Whenever I pre?s?s it, the help window of the active
program open?s automatically. The number?s al?so of in the main
keyboard (located in the upper level of the letter?s) irritates? me
:retard: . When I'm s?urfing the net, a?s I pre?ss? tho?se numbers?,
it refre?she?s the page. What do you think s?hould I do? Is?it
cua?sed by a virus? or s?pyware or anything? Or my keyboard i?s ju?st

Its either software or hardware. Boot up your PC using a DOS boot disk and
see what happens when you type at the DOS prompt. (OR choose CommandPrompt
from the Programs->Accessories menu of windows). If the text is all duff in
DOS, then your keyboard is shot - I would be tempted to splash out on a new
keyboard. You can get one for 5-10 pounds in PC world. If it types OK in
DOS, then its a windows problem and I can't really suggest what might be
wrong, but you could start looking in the Control Panel -> Keyboard. Check
settings all look OK.
