I have 2 work books, one is vacation calender and the other one is weekly
schedule. I need a formula to link both sheets. If I enter a name in the
vacation calender I want that name says off in the weekly schedule.

Eg. if vacation calender has these data
column 1
jan 1
ganga

I want weekly schedule shows by linking the both files (whatever is possible)
column 1 column2
names jan 1
ganga off
