Is it possible to run a script in SQL 2000 and 2005 to generate a report with
the SQL IDs and the last time they were accessed? We need this information
for an audit so we can determine which accounts can be disabled.

What is SQL ID? Logins?

Run sys.server_principals DMV to see disabled logins
